Imagine the excitement of Father’s Day approaching—the anticipation of celebrating the beauty, challenges, and unforgettable moments that come with being a dad. Now, imagine instead spending that day in a hospital room, watching your medically complex child fight for another day of life.

For many NICU fathers, this special day isn’t filled with backyard barbecues or handmade cards. It’s spent at their child’s bedside, surrounded by monitors and machines, holding onto hope. We know this reality all too well. We’ve spent Father’s Day in the NICU—torn between wanting to celebrate and feeling the heaviness of hospital life. It’s isolating, emotional, and far from what any parent imagines.

That’s why we need your help.

This year, The Brave Foundation is launching another heartfelt initiative to bring joy to some of the most dedicated and deserving dads. With your support, we hope to provide meaningful gifts to fathers spending Father’s Day in Minnesota’s major NICUs.

Important Date to Remember:

• Father’s Day is Sunday, June 15th, and we aim to gather all donations by June 14th.
