The Brave Foundation | Brave Box Project NICU-Approved – Crochet Patterns
Thank you so much for wanting to give back to NICU families during one of the hardest times of their lives. Below is our list of meaningful projects that support both parents and their babies. Our Brave Boxes focus mainly on parents, but we include special items for infants as well. Thank you for taking a moment to look through and consider contributing.
Note: If you have additional items or handmade crafts you’d like to contribute to our mission, we would love to hear from you. While crocheted items are always appreciated, we also gladly accept a variety of creative contributions—such as custom tumblers, keychains, handmade earrings, and other thoughtful, supportive gifts.

This group was inspired by a the Lee’s who are 2x micro preemie parents to Brave & Faith who collectively spent 17 months in the NICU & PICU two years (2022 & 2023) in a row.
The Lee’s are extremely passionate about advocating, supporting and empowering current or post NICU, parents who may have children with complex needs.
This is a space where you can freely ask questions without fear of judgement, share and discuss your thoughts and experiences and connect with others parents who simply “get it”!
